The mission of the Higher Institute of Engineering in El Shorouk has always been, and will continue to be, the commitment to developing and improving the educational process in line with the Fourth Industrial Digital Revolution, and updating the curricula to achieve this goal.

For this reason, we focus on graduating distinguished engineers who are well-prepared to perform their engineer­ing and practical duties, equipped with the knowledge and expertise they have acquired. The Institute has earned its prominent scientific position at the top of Egyptian engineering institutes thanks to the efforts of its integrated administrative system, which includes faculty members, their assistants, and all administrative staff responsible for executing academic plans. This has helped the Institute maintain its status and leadership as the first Egyptian institute to obtain accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation.
